We build the software a business closes the month with.

Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and systems built around how each business actually works. Ten products of our own, each with its own site and its own online access. The index is right below — you don't have to take our word for anything.

§ 01 Application index

What we've built

Each one came out of a real operating problem: a condo association that didn't reconcile, a family's holdings living in a spreadsheet, an academy keeping its rosters in a chat group.

§ 02 Services

What we do for other businesses

The same thing we use to build our own apps, applied to someone else's problem.

Apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac

Native applications in Swift, not web pages in a wrapper. One project for all three devices, with information synced between them and working offline.

Custom systems

For when the business already has its way of working and no off-the-shelf system fits. It gets built around how they operate, not the other way around.

Websites and portals

Corporate sites, stores and portals where your customer or user signs in with the same account as the app to see their information.

From spreadsheet to system

The step everyone puts off. We take the workbooks already in use, understand the formulas behind them, and turn them into something several people can use at once without breaking it.

Automation and integrations

Connecting what you already have so nothing gets keyed in twice: e-invoicing, banks, online stores, email and messaging.

Applied artificial intelligence

AI where it actually helps: reading a document, catching an error before it's saved, or explaining a number. Not a chat box bolted onto the corner.

§ 03 How we work

Six rules that aren't up for negotiation

These aren't brochure lines: they're the decisions holding up every app we ship, and the reason the numbers survive an audit.

01

Numbers reconcile against something

A total that only exists is useless. Every figure is compared against the approved budget, the bank statement or the contract. If it doesn't reconcile, the system says so instead of presenting the number as good.

02

Every peso carries its receipt

The document isn't an extra you attach if there's time: it's the proof. Without it the record is incomplete, and it's flagged that way.

03

What's closed doesn't get edited

An issued month, a charged ticket or a signed acknowledgment is already in someone else's hands. They aren't corrected on top: they're adjusted with a note, and the trail of what changed and why stays.

04

The server enforces permissions

Hiding a button is not a permission. Limits, roles and caps are enforced on the server side, where nobody can get around them by reinstalling the app.

05

Currencies are never added together

No amount exists without its currency, and two currencies never land in one total. A number that mixes pesos and dollars is worse than not having the number.

06

No process should require training

If a screen has to be explained, the screen is wrong. It gets tested with someone who barely uses a phone, not with someone who already knows where everything is.
